On July 15ht we’ll open the first bottle of Pisco Waqar that will hit the markets. We’ll be surrounded by friends and family at La Destilería, the only bar that specializes in Distilled Spirits in Santiago, Chile. It will be a intimate gathering where we will make a toast to mark the beginning of this new adventure that is Pisco Waqar.

This autumn we’ll carry out an educational workshop in Universidad Católica de Chile for pisco sommeliers whose objective will be the comparison of chemical and sensorial aspects of several piscos, an activity that will allow them to use a critical spirit and to develop new knowledge/expertise.
